what FTP program do people use or how do i access the FTP?

 

also how do i get my own domain name to the website (i already have one)

just dont no how to set that up.

filezilla is a good free FTP program:

if you have a domain - you must set its A record to our IP address: 217.70.188.155
You will be able to do this on the site of who ever manages your domain . i.e. godadday, 123reg.

you must also raise a support ticket, with the domain name, so that we can set it up on our end too.

I just bought this website i doownloaded the filezilla ftp but what do i do now? i can't edit the website or anything all i can do is change themes and stuff? any help i'm complete noob
